We recommend professional dry cleaning for our sweaters.
To prevent stretch in shoulder area, do not hang sweater from hanger, fold instead.

*What are your zipper pulls made out of?*
Our signature Granted zipper pulls are made from salvaged wood branches therefore no trees were cut down during this process. These one-of-a-kind pieces are hard-wearing and weather resistant.

*How soon can I receive my order?*
Items in stock will be shipped out within 48 hours. However most items are made-to-order. Depending on availability of knitters and the items being knit, please allow 3-4 weeks to complete order. To not leave you wondering, we will contact you by email to update you with our progress.

*Do you ship to the US and other countries outside of Canada?*
We sure do and you don't get charged Canadian taxes; however, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.

*Where are your products made?*
We have people from all over Vancouver knitting. All items are genuinely Canadian made.

*What is your return/exchange policy?*
All of our knitwear is of the highest quality and is hand knit by experienced Canadian knitters. Hand knitted items cannot be made exact to size so please give and take .5" - 1" in measurement. Each order is thoroughly checked in workmanship before it is shipped out.
We are happy to exchange your sweater for a different size, however the shipping and insurance costs must be made by the customer. The customer must notify Granted Clothing by email within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and give you an exchange order number. Please understand that an exchange without this number will not be accepted. The product must be delivered unused, unworn, and with the original tags and packaging and returned within 7 days of the date of your request.
Refunds are available on defective merchandise only.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns/exchanges on custom design orders and custom sizing orders.

*What are the differences for the following types of wool: Pure New Wool, Merino Wool and Possum Blend Wool?*
*Pure New Wool*
Most commonly used wool for our products. Also known as pure virgin wool.
*Merino Wool*
Merino sheep are bred distinctly different from other breeds of sheep. The wool is characterized by fibres that are very short, very thin and "fine", thus making it softer and lighter than our regular yarn. One square inch of skin on a merino sheep produces about four times as many wool fibres as on other breeds of sheep. This wool’s soft feel and non-itchy qualities make this a favorite amongst our customers.
*Possum Blend Wool*
The combination of merino with possum hairs makes for a luxuriously soft and very warm wool like no other. Due to its hollow fibres the garment is excellent in insulation and very light in weight. It has also been proven that it wears better than cashmere and has superior anti-pilling qualities.
